If you are about to sell something, the most important part is the experience of your customers, they need to feel that the money they are paying is worth the product they are getting in return.

I'm very pleased with Apple, the customer experience has been pretty good to me, I bought my computer from a local store, so, I can't count it, but the bluetooth keyboard, the battery charger, software and recently the 60W MagSafe power adapter left me with a very nice smile in my face.

It is not only the fact that I haven't payed shipping for none of these products (except the computer which again, wasn't from an Apple Store), I have to wait almost nothing even when the product came from USA, and was delivered right in my door.

Again, I'm pretty happy, this makes me want to get more on this store, I'm confident that things won't change and I will remain happy.
